2、重视地方课程和综合实践活动课程的开设与研究 学校根据山西省对地方课程开设要求,在各个年级开设了传统教育、 安全教育、环境教育等必修地方课程。同时结合学校实际情况,在各 年级分别开设了心理健康教育、国防教育、青春期教育等地方课程。 同时注重综合实践活动课程的开设,加强信息技术教育,开展学科研 究性学*,加大对学生劳动技术与技能的培养,同时学校努力创造条 件,为学生创设社会实践基地,让学生经常性参与社会实践与社区服 务。学校加大对地方课程和综合实践活动课程的教学研究与评价,让 学生通过学*,不断提高自身综合素质和能力。 3、大力*1究纬炭ⅲ睦淌ψ孕锌⑿1窘滩 学校高度重视校本课程的开发, 成立了以校长为组长的学校成立了课 程开发委员会,制定了《演武中学校本课程开发方案》 ,拿出专项资 金,开发学校课程。学校根据实际情况,开设校本课程《跳绳》 ,现 已在各个年级展开学*。 学校开展教师课程 1+1 工程, 即要求教师在 担任一门主要学科的基础上,自行开发一门学校课程,以此引领教师 自行开发课程资源,备好课,上好课,加强研究性学*,不断拓展课 程实践的渠道,培养学生综合实践能力。学校把此项工作纳入到教师 岗位考核之中, 年底准备评选地方课程及综合实践活动课程的优秀教 师。 三、认真落实《山西省中小学管理基本规范》 ,提升素质教育实 施水* 1、高度重视学生减负工作,制定行之有效的减负制度
